 1. Alert and oriented signer(s) who will be in person to sign in front of the Notary Public.

2. Original unexpired government-issued picture ID such as a driver's license, DMV state ID card, passport, or military ID (We are unable to accept paper copies of IDs or pictures of IDs saved to cell phones or computers).

3. Witnesses if applicable/mentioned in your documents (witnesses must be at least 18 years old, unrelated to signer(s) by blood or marriage, who are the attorney-in-fact or agent. 1 witness for each witness line on document-2 lines=2 witnesses) available at signing with ID of the document requires it. 

1. For loan document signings, check with your lender about required items that will need to be returned with your documents (examples: W-2, Pay stub, etc.).

2. Check to title company, if applicable, due to certain amounts, personal check may not be accepted.

3. Have lender's phone number handdy just in case you have questions during the signing.

4. Have copies of your ID available as they must be sent back with the loan package. Some lenders require two forms of government-issued ID. Check with your lender to verify the requirements.

5. Please check with your lender to verify whether or not you will need to have additional witnesses present to witness your signature. If additional witnesses are required, please be sure to arrange for them to be present during your loan signing.
